The Kowalah Checklist - how to ensure your kids have a great experience
No matter how good your planning - that handover period when your Kowalah arrives can often be hectic - "Here's the kitchen, there is some food for their supper in the fridge - Jamie needs to go to bed at 8, Emma at 7.30 - no water before bedtime....."
For your Kowalah to deliver a great service to you and your kids we want to help you to get all the right information across as easily as possible and we do this using the Kowalah Checklist.
Whenever you make a booking on Kowalah, you will receive a Booking Confirmation email, and in this you will see a link to the Kowalah Checklist which you can easily print off and complete.
In the Kowalah Checklist we ask things like:
Who needs feeding?
What time does everyone need to go to bed?
Any special needs or allergies?
How does your Kowalah get onto the wifi?
Do you want your Kowalah to check in with you, and how?
Who should your Kowalah contact in case of an emergency?
It takes just 5 minutes to fill in the Kowalah Checklist, but feedback from both parents and Kowalahs is that it provides comfort to both parties as the booking starts!
