Welcome to Kowalah's new blog!

We are very excited to be launching the new Kowalah blog.
Over the past few months my main focus has (rightly) been on the core Kowalah product, but now I have more time to spend on the marketing pages of the website, including the educational resources we're able to provide on the site.
So what will we have on the blog?
Well perhaps a better question is, who is the blog for?
The blog is for a CIO or IT Leader that is tasked with rolling out AI technologies, tools and best practices to their company's employees.
As one of these leaders, you are tasked with making the right decisions in a rapidly developing market.
This is difficult.
If you are picking a CRM then we can all roll off the four or five names that could possibly be on your shortlist - and depending on the size of your company, you already have a good idea of which one would be the right fit.
But with AI - we have a whole host of new vendors, new use cases, new integrations and new governance issues - its got potential disaster written all over it.
And more so, in such a fast moving market, the right decision today, could be the wrong decision tomorrow.
So the task of this blog is to help you to navigate this effectively.
We will be covering subjects across the lifecycle of the buying process:
- Problem definition: do you even have a problem worth solving?
- Solution exploration: what's out there to solve your problem?
- Requirements gathering: what do you need this thing to do?
- Supplier selection: does this thing do what you need it to?
- Validation: you think you know what to do but need to be sure
- Consensus: you need to get everyone on board.
And across each of those dimensions we'll be looking at different categories of technology including:
- The foundation models
- AI development tools
- Data providers
- Governance, risk and compliance tools
- Ethics and bias tools
- Change enablement products and services
- And much more
Tell us what is helpful
As we start publishing content we'll be evolving our most valuable posts into guides, templates and ebooks - so let us know what will be most helpful to you in your buying groups and we'll do our best to develop to most useful content.
We're glad to have you with us,
